The glacial effects which poured down from the mountain ridges, carving Cascade Canyon, were also responsible for shaping the moraine around what is now Jenny Lake. Filled by the seasonal mountain runoff the pristine lake makes for the perfect setting to bask in the Grand Tetons ridge-line reflection.
